Welcome!

Relax among the tree tops (and tree trunks for that matter) at the Ukee Treehouse. Here on this narrow peninsula we are 150 ft. / 46 m above sea level which means great bird's eye views even from the main level.

The house itself was custom built from tip to tail by the very creative and talented, Merlin Naylor. From the doors to the beds frames you will find beautiful hand made qualities. The wild nature of  West Coast Vancouver Island has been fully incorporated as many large windows allow the scenery to be the art on the walls. These features make staying with us a unique and inspiring experience.

A shallow inlet just below the house attracts many eagles, herons and  other shorebirds  as it is a great source of clams at low tide. Bears have also been spotted here, traipsing through the blackberry brambles.
Staying with us you will be within walking distance to the town centre, the wild pacific trail, little beach and big beach. Tofino is just a 35 minute drive North, that is if you don't make any stops along the way. Your drive through the Pacific Rim  National Park is a beautiful one with  lots to see and do. Check out Wickaninnish Beach, Florencia Bay, Long Beach, the Rainforest Trail, Shorepine Bog and Schooner's Cove.

We hope you enjoy your stay on the West Coast with us!
